Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as it has been submitted that the occurrence did not take place intentionally rather the petitioner had gone to hunt blue bull (neelgai) which was destroying the crops and on realisation of this fact, on intervention of well-wishers, the parties have entered into a compromise.

Permission is accorded.

The learned trial court shall dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner, if filed, without being prejudiced by this order.
