Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. He was found in possession of 60 litres of country made liquor without licence to possess the same. It is submitted on his behalf that his antecedent is absolutely clean.

Let the petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33551 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 287/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
