Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 398, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2017. However, submission is that he has not been put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from his possession nor he has got any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58551 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No. 253 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
