JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-08-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- 1st, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2017 whereby he has rejected the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge from the case.

2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the informant that charges have already been framed and the trial of the case is at the fag end. The submission made by the learned counsel for the informant has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, I am not
