Petitioner was caught red-handed while he had removed luggage of the informant from platform no. 2 of Buxar railway station. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 31.07.2015. Consequent thereupon, petitioner namely Chandan Kumar @ Chandan Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Buxar Rail P.S. case no. 25/2015.
