====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to dispute of drainage between the parties. Specific allegations are against co-accused Shailendra Singh and Shankar Singh. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. No independent witnesses have come to support

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
