The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 23485 of 2013, which has been dismissed due to noncompliance of order dated 02.12.2013 whereunder the direction was given to deposit the court fee in respect of remaining petitioners within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances court fee in respect of remaining petitioners could not be deposited within time and now the same has already been deposited on 05.09.2014.

On being satisfied with the reasons furnished in this application, the same is allowed and the C.W.J.C. No. 23485 of 2013 is restored to its original file and number, subject to verification of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court MJC No.3492 of 2014 (3) dt.12-02-2015 regarding payment of the remaining court fee with respect to the other petitioners.
