The petitioners have lost their case in the Supreme Court. Delivery of possession over the land in question has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.5519 of 2022(4) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 given to the respondents. Now flimsy grounds are being raised by the petitioners by filing the present writ petition. The Subordinate Judge-III, Barh, Patna is directed to conclude the execution proceedings and decide the issue of mesne profits within six months from today. The proceedings shall be not be delayed by the judgment debtor on any ground. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.

Once the matter has been decided by the Supreme Court, the revenue authority has no jurisdiction to entertain any application on behalf of the judgment debtor. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U
