The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have committed theft of hand pump of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who apprehended at the place of occurrence. He further submits that petitioner has three criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29032 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 513 of 2018.
