2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74942 of 2023, due to typographical mistake in the aforesaid order, the father name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Late Lachhan Sah" instead of "Rama Shankar Sah", So, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the name of the petitioner's father be read as "Rama Shankar Sah" instead of "Late Lachhan Sah".

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

5. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds / surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74942 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) atul/- U T
