Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have caused injury at the head. The Doctor has found simple head injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.908 of 2016 arising out of Rajepur Police Station
