The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment dated 26.09.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14689 of 2024.

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3. Referring to statement made in paragraph no.

Patna High Court MJC No.1075 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 4 of the show-cause, learned counsel for the State has submitted that concerned District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran after hearing both sides passed final order, disposing of the representation dated 08.11.2024 of the petitioner with a reasoned and speaking order vide Annexure-A (Letter No. 475, dated 29.04.2025) to the show-cause.

In view of the aforesaid facts and documents placed on record, this Court is satisfied that the judgment dated 26.09.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14689 of 2024 has been complied with in letter and spirit.
