Petitioners, who are female, apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 302 of the IPC.

Allegation against the FIR named accused is assaulting the Father-in-law and other family members of the Informant by means of Farsa and lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against these petitioners rather there is general and omnibus allegation against them. This

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29239 of 2021(2) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 case is counter blast of Gogri PS Case No. 361 of 2020. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
