JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 50 and 51 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
In huge quantity, mixed Tari is said to have been recovered from a tempo in which petitioner and three others were found sitting. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 9.6.2016.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30039 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.414 of 2016.
