Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 05.04.2016 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case no.82 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 354, 471, 472 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that false implication has been made. It was orally submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that out of three F.I.R. named accused,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26688 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 two have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below. However, no such statement has been mentioned in the petition nor such order has been placed on record.
However, keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjeev Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case no.82/2016.
