Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioners and others assaulted the husband of the informant, as a result whereof, he died. The postmortem report vide Annexure-2 would reveal that the single injury was found by the Doctor performing postmortem examination on the person of the deceased and considering the aforesaid fact, co-accused Monu Sharma has already been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 20.06.2017 in Cr.Misc. No. 23005 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58112 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sidhwalia Police Station Case No.07 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
