Petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. His name has come during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused from whose possession stolen motorcycle alleged to have been recovered.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S.
