The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kargahar (Barhari) P.S. Case No.152 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of a dead body F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During investigation some witnesses stated before police that the petitioners were seen, near the house of the deceased, parking tempoo.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioners is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57131 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kargahar (Barhari) P.S. Case No.152 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
