Petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354-B, 354-C, 376-G Indian Penal Code and Sections 67, 67(a) and 67(b) of the Information Technology Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has not levelled any specific allegation against the petitioner. Statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been annexed as Anenxure-2.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 01.04.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55556 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.117 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
