In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is to have snatched the mobile phone of the informant, while he was going talking on mobile and two persons were apprehended and the petitioner fled away. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
