Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-366, 366(A), 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The victim has nowhere stated regarding any allurement, given by the petitioner to her and she stated that she had gone to see fair along with the petitioner. She also did not make any complaint of misbehaviour at the hands of the petitioner. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singhwara P.S.
