That this writ application is being filed for issuance appropriate writ (s)/rule(s)/direction(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents for granting benefits of first, second and third Accelerated Career Progression to the petitioner from due date and all the consequential benefits thereof, and for other relief / reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to, on the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.11084 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It it needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed before the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today, the competent authority shall take a final decision in the matter within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
