JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401,413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were apprehended on suspicion from the house of Rinku Alam. However, nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners save and except articles of common use.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2521 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Town Police Station Case No.726 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
