The petitioner is in custody in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018, G.R. No. 3127 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 457, 380 of the I.P.C. and Section 411 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and during course of investigation the name of the petitioner was surfaced in the commission of the crime. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19301 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been put on TIP notwithstanding the fact that he is in custody since 17.1.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018, G.R. No. 3127 of 2018.
