Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the liquor and motorcycle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.08.2018.
