Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021 registered for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 23.08.2022 and 12.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.
