The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that Sabita Kumari , deceased, was married to Ram Pravesh Rai, the son of petitioner nos. 1 and 2. The informant alleged that he had suspicion that the sisters-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased might have strangulated Sabita Kumari.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law. There is no eye-witness to the

The petitioners have no manner connection with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, and the fact that the petitioners are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and the sisters-inlaw of the deceased, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya(Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) B.Roy/- U
