The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 120(B) and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the allegation is basically against one Ritesh Anupam and his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39943 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 wife, the only allegation which has been levelled against these petitioners is that part of the consideration amount was paid in their presence. It is further submitted that petitioners have no role to play whatsoever and whatever dispute there is between the complainant and the two named persons in the complaint petition. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Ranjula Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzuffarpur, District - Muzuffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
