Mr. R.P.S.Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 Earlier vide order dated 23.06.2022, the petition of petitioner no.2, namely, Anuj Prasad Singh has already been dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.1, namely, Sharda Devi and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and other accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19859 of 2022(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law of the informant and she has no concern with the mess and business of the informant, namely, Puja Kumari and her husband, namely, Dayashankar Kumar and petitioner no.1 has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner no.1, namely, Sharda Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
