Gone through the case diary. The allegations whatever been put against the petitioners are superficial in nature coupled with absence of any sort of injury report. Moreover, from the materials available in the case diary, the allegations relating to application of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is also found lacking. In the aforesaid background, petitioners are well advised to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer for regular bail which the learned Court will consider in the background of observation so made herein above.
