JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have pushed the informant's husband, who died on the place of occurrence but the post mortem report of the deceased goes to show that no any ante mortem injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor could not opine the exact cause of the death of the deceased. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No. 182 of 2016.
