Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor has been identified in T.I. Parade. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused who were arrested in connection with another case and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case no. 76/2016.
