The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 409 and 420 of the I.P.C.

It appears that the petitioner took rupees two lacs one thousand eight hundred and ninety six from the different investors in the Post Office, but did not return the same. The departmental proceeding was initiated, and during the pendency of the departmental proceeding ,the petitioner deposited the entire amount with interest.

Considering the aforesaid facts, it is directed that in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40477 of 2014 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this court, the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chauri P.S.Case No. 54/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
