Ishaque @ Munna @ Md. Ishaque, in connection with Chhatarpur Police Station Case No. 156 of 2016, under Sections 363, 365, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Arun, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be
