The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, arising out of Dawath P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 dated 10.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 20(B), (C), 22(C), 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The petitioner is said to have been found in possession of 290 grams of Ganja. He is in custody since 12.08.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
