Petitioner is accused in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Petitioner did not appear before the Court below due to lack of knowledge with regard to progress of the case. Further submission is that petitioner is a daily wager and he is in custody since 12.07.2018.
