The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 292 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 180 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 18.02.2019.
