ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 19.2.2014 passed by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Katihar in S.T. No.414 of 2013 arising out of Azam Nagar P.S. case No.134 of 2009.
The Petitioners seek discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
Hence, the application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14099 of 2014 dt.02-04-2015 2/2 expeditiously, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Katihar, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
