Petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.361 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 50 litres country made Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner kept in a boggy No. II of Asansol- Varanasi passenger. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20558 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Speical Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.361 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
