Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
On getting confidential information, raid was conducted and during course thereof, so many persons were apprehended including the petitioner from whose possession, a loaded pistol has been recovered. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 08.12.2015. Furthermore, as is apparent from Para3, petitioner has been remanded after his arrest in the another case. Accordingly, petitioner, Deepak Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29445 of 2016 (02) dt.26-07-2016 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P. S. Case no. 245 of 2015.
