The petitioner is in custody in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 450, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 70 years old and has been falsely implicated in this case due to suspicion, on account of land dispute. He further submits that the husband of the informant is of bad character and he married three ladies as well. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019.

Considering the age of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with
