====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-05-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that out of Rs. 9,45,307/-, the respondent-authority has already paid a sum of Rs. 9,03,712/-.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable representation seeking clarification of the less amount of approximately Rs. 41,595/- within a period of 2 weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.5908 of 2025(7) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority shall make necessary payment to the petitioner. In case, the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner does not deserve any consideration, they shall give reasons for the same.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
