Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He was driving the vehicle in question on wage. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
