For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus any other appropriate writ/writs, commanding and directing the Respondent authorities, to initiate the proper inquiry against Indrajeet Kumar & other similar situated appointees, on the post of Panchayat Teacher, within Gram Panchayat Raj Rangara in light of order 5/12/2016 of PIL petition bearing CWJC No.- 15459/2014 passed by this Hon'ble High
Patna High Court CWJC No.5081 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 court, where the candidates have been illegally appointed with help of false fabricated and forged documents, apart from, Roaster sheets with connivance of local employment unit is still in service, beyond the several letters of state officials, is not acceptable in accordance of law. (ii). For that further direction may be given for proper vigilance inquiry, verification of irregularity and to institute the F.I.R. along with appropriate steps to recover the necessary monetary benefit which has been taken by the candidates, so concerned for continuation of Rule of law and administration of justice."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
