The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 371/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that seeing the police party, petitioner tried to run away but he was arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is high handedness of the police. The seizure-list was prepared at 6:30 P.M. whereas the F.I.R. was lodged at 6:40 P.M. The petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 29.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
