The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 506/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, petitioners and other accused persons named in the FIR came to the house of the informant, made firing and threatened him not to take oath of

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case and petitioners' case is earlier one. Nobody sustained fire arms injury. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation against the petitioners above-named, they are in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Patna city in Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 462 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
