2. A cryptic writ petition has been preferred with a prayer that the land which the petitioner holds, there are certain anomalies which has/have to be corrected.

3. Learned State Counsel pointed out that neither the land details are there in the petition nor from the different annexures, it is clear what is the anomaly which has to be corrected by the concerned official.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4836 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that he shall detail out the entire facts by preferring a fresh petition before the Deputy Collector land Reforms, Manjhaul, Begusarai in next four weeks.

5. In case, the petitioner appears before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Manjhaul, Begusari in four weeks along with all the relevant documents, he shall take up the matter and dispose it of after hearing all the parties in next four months.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
