The petitioner is accused in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Madhubani.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16155 of 2017 on 16.05.2017. The report of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Madhubani shows that the charge has been framed and the case is presently running at the stage of prosecution evidence. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected. However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months.
