Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022 dated 21.10.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code Act. As per the prosecution case, two miscreants on a motorcycle snatched the bag containing Rs.10 lakhs in cash, a passbook and a cheque book from the informant when he was on the way to his house after withdrawing rupees from the PNB Bank, Warisalganj. The police recovered Rs. 5000 and a master key from the house of the petitioner.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has sprung up only on the basis of suspicion. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. The petitioner has got one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.
