2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "A. A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction/s commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17187 of 2014 dt.13-02-2024 2/3 Respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner and send her for training in pursuance of the decision dated 27.08.2013 wherein the petitioner has been selected as Anganwari Sevika for Kalyanpur Mathiya, Anganwari Centre (Centre no. 140) falling wihin Barauli Block of the Gopalganj district, following the due procedure of law.

B. A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing the advertisement bearing no. 01/2014 issued by Respondent No. 5 to the extent the same relates to selection of Anganwari Sevika for Kalyanpur mathiya, Anganwari Centre (Cenre No. 140) falling within Barauli Block of the Gopalganj district, declaring the centre-in-question to be reserved for Extremely Backward Caste Category (EBC), published in daily newspaper Hindustan on 07.09.2014.

C. For any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled for."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for the post in question for Anganwari Sevika for Kalyanpur Mathiya, Anganwari Centre (Centre No. 140)

Patna High Court CWJC No.17187 of 2014 dt.13-02-2024 3/3 falling within Barauli Block of the Gopalganj district. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner was aggrieved with the selection process and after participation in the selection process, the petitioner was not selected for the post in question then she filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gopalganj (respondent no. 5) on 26.09.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of instruction that the representation of the petitioner is still pending for consideration before the respondent no. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gopalganj (respondent no. 5) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2013 with the reasoned order after hearing all the concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
